Palmyra Flying Club Bylaws
"Membership
in the Palmyra Flying Club is not restricted to pilots alone;
anyone
who is interested in aviation administration, scientifically,
or educationally
may join
this organization if proper application is made and application
is accepted
by the
club Directors. Written application for membership, together with
the yearly
dues must
be properly made and executed by the person who wishes to join.
After said
application
has been properly accepted by the Directors, the new member will
be
presented with a
membership card."
